Home Advantage

Proactive care. A record of your home. A plan for the maintenance list.

We know your home.

The program starts with a Home Health Assessment and a Cudgel Home Profile: a living record of systems, equipment, model numbers, shutoff locations and service history. Visit notes document the work, findings and items to watch.

Scheduled maintenance first.
Your Cudgel List next.

Home Care Visits begin with scheduled maintenance. Remaining included visit time can be used for eligible repairs and small projects on your Cudgel List, such as a cabinet hinge, sticking door, drywall patch, caulk or towel bar.

Choose the level of care.

Routine standard filters, batteries and caulk are included. Specialty items, larger materials and major repairs are quoted separately. Gutter cleaning covers first-level gutters and downspouts, typically in spring and fall; second-story and hard-to-reach gutters are quoted separately. Tasks are planned throughout the year, not all performed at every visit. The two-hour allowance is the total per visit, not two hours of maintenance plus extra repair time.

HOME ADVANTAGE TRIAL EXPERIENCES

What our customers say

These customers participated in trials. Home Advantage is not open for public enrollment.

As a single mom of three, by far the best money I’ve spent on my home.
— Tiffany Bell
Andy found a leak in our shower drain during an inspection. I never would have caught it. It would have been full of mold and I’d be redoing drywall in my kitchen. This one visit alone paid for itself three times over!
— Daniel Jones
I’m not the handiest person — this gives me peace of mind that normal upkeep is being done. I also make a list for Brandon, my tech, before each visit and he knocks it out.
— Tyler Shak
My parents were constantly calling about issues in their home. Now it’s all on autopilot. I only wish I’d found it sooner.
— Angela Scudder
