A little preparation goes a long way.
Use these checklists to give the office the information it needs for an initial project conversation.
For a drywall repair request
Describe the room and damaged area. Note dimensions, surface type, texture and any leak history. Include paint details if you have them. A close-up alone may not show how the repair relates to the surrounding wall.
Drywall repair questions ↗For a household maintenance list
Walk through the rooms and record each job separately. Mark the items that affect daily use, then the cosmetic changes. Mention materials already purchased and access constraints. Keep the list realistic; the office will discuss what can be combined.
Repair and maintenance requests ↗For a property turnover
Separate essential repairs from optional improvements. Identify occupancy, approval responsibility and access arrangements. Include your target date as a planning detail rather than an assumed booking.
