Help us understand your project.
Tell the office when the water issue began, its known source, which rooms and materials are affected, and what has already been done. Share photos from a safe location. Equipment needs, access, affected cavities and any removal work must be discussed during assessment.
Questions about this work
Does setting up drying equipment finish the mitigation work?
No. Equipment setup is one part of a job-specific plan. Affected wall cavities or other concealed materials may require assessment and separately authorized access or removal. Equipment alone is not a promise that hidden moisture or mold has been resolved.
How are demolition, mitigation and later repairs agreed?
The office reviews the damage and proposed work with you. Any required demolition or mitigation needs a defined scope and authorization. Subsequent repair work is planned separately as appropriate. Contacting the office does not guarantee an emergency arrival time or insurance payment.
